July 2026 Member Spotlight: Phil Rosenfeld
Meet Phil Rosenfeld, Principal at Lee & Associates, NTCAR Board Member, and a longtime commercial real estate professional specializing in industrial and retail brokerage. After beginning his career as an attorney, Phil transitioned into commercial real estate, joining Scott Morse and Scott Jessen at The Morse Company. What started as an interest in the industry quickly grew into a rewarding career built on relationships, problem-solving, and helping clients navigate an ever-changing market.
Phil is involved in NTCAR because it provides an invaluable opportunity to connect with fellow brokers face-to-face in an industry that often relies heavily on phone calls and emails. Over the years, one of the most meaningful aspects of his involvement has been working to elevate the professionalism and quality of the organization. He believes NTCAR should reflect the exceptional people who make up North Texas commercial real estate and values the role the association plays in bringing the industry together. His favorite events are the Quarterly Meetings, particularly those that feature speakers who challenge conventional thinking and provide fresh perspectives beyond the day-to-day business of commercial real estate.
What Phil loves most about commercial real estate is the opportunity to witness and contribute to the growth of North Texas. He sees the industry as a collection of people working every day to create better places to live, work, and do business. That shared vision for the future is what keeps him engaged and passionate about the profession. For those just entering the industry, Phil's advice is simple: find your own path to success. His advice to those entering commercial real estate is straightforward: find a path that works for you, stay committed to it, and be prepared to carve out your own definition of success.
Outside of work, Phil is active in the community through the Jewish Community Center and the Dallas County Republican Party. He has also recently taken up an unexpected hobby: growing exotic fruit trees at home. While he admits his wife may think he's a little crazy for it, he enjoys the challenge and the opportunity to learn something new.
