June 2026 Member Spotlight: Hudson Donham
Meet Hudson Donham, Vice President at Holiner, where he specializes in brokerage focused on food and beverage, specialty retail, and high-street retail concepts. In his role, Hudson leads tenant representation, landlord leasing, and strategic site selection, partnering with operators on market strategy, deal negotiation, and long-term expansion planning.
For Hudson, one of the most rewarding parts of commercial real estate is working with interesting people, brands, and ownership groups while helping bring retail and hospitality concepts to life. He enjoys being part of the decision-making process behind projects that shape how people experience cities.
Hudson is involved in NTCAR because he values the sense of community it creates within the commercial real estate industry. Through the Young Professionals Forum and his service on the Core Committee, particularly the sponsorship committee, he has helped support programming that connects young professionals across the brokerage community. For Hudson, NTCAR strengthens relationships in a tight-knit Dallas CRE market and fosters collaboration across all sectors of the industry.
Outside of work, Hudson stays closely connected to Dallas’ restaurant and hospitality scene, often exploring new concepts and developments across the city. He also enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with family and friends. In addition to his brokerage work, he is actively involved in the community, serving on the Board of Directors for Clayton Dabney for Kids with Cancer, participating in Uptown Dallas Inc. committees focused on public realm improvements and safety, and serving as a 2026 candidate for the State Fair of Texas Chairman’s Task Force. His advice to those entering the industry is to focus on relationships, stay curious, and be willing to outwork others while learning the fundamentals of the business.
