Young Professionals Forum

Designed for industry professionals, ages 35 and under, the Young Professionals Forum was created to promote the involvement of young professionals in the commercial real estate industry by increasing their exposure to key industry leaders; enhancing their real estate education; providing opportunities to make contacts through networking events and encouraging social responsibility through civic involvement.

The YPF Quarterly events are held 4 times a year and typically feature a presenter who is there to share insight and expertise on a specific real estate related topic.

UP CLOSE & PERSONAL

This is a semiannual event where titans of the commercial real estate industry discuss current market events while speaking of past experience to inform and educate brokers.

PHILANTHROPY

Opportunity to reach out to the community through multiple philanthropic events organized through the YPF Committee.

NEW BROKER BOOTCAMP

Hear from commercial real estate professionals as they share advice about what new brokers need to know as they are starting out in the industry. 

Charity Golf Tournament

Each year the YPF hosts NTCAR’s Charity Golf Tournament. This event hosts over 200 golfers, providing funds to chosen charities.
