Stemmons Service Award
About the Award
Founded in 1976, the Stemmons Service Award is a peer-nominated and peer-voted honor presented to the NTCAR member who best exemplifies the highest professional standards of a commercial real estate broker. This award is conferred on the professional who has earned the respect of their peers and is an active and productive broker who successfully resolves the intricacies of bringing two parties together in a real estate transaction.

This award is named for the Stemmons family in recognition of their outstanding leadership and many contributions to the growth of Dallas, their long-standing dedication to and support of NTCAR.
In addition, the Young Citizen Award recognizes a young professional who has distinguished themselves through industry involvement and community service as a rising leader in the brokerage industry.
