  • NTCAR’s annual clay shooting event at Elm Fork Shooting Sports in Dallas. A portion of proceeds benefit selected charities within the metroplex.

    Committee Responsibilities:

    Secure sponsorships, team sales and help to encourage participation

    Secure raffle prizes

  • Educational program focused on the Industrial sub-sector of CRE. Designed to provide information on the latest trends and pressing issues, featuring industry experts and leading decision makers, round table discussions, tours, and relevant networking opportunities.

    Committee Responsibilities:

    Secure sponsorships, speakers and help to encourage participation

    Produce 1 Industrial focused event - traditionally an Industrial Academy Event or an Industrial Bus Tour

  • Responsible for increasing awareness of NTCAR through membership retention, recruitment and engagement.

    Committee Responsibilities:

    Lapsed member recruitment

    Encourage member engagement, monitoring current engagement and identifying additional ways for members to get involved in the organization

    Identify prospective new member companies, working with NTCAR staff and board members to set up meetings with prospective member companies

    Assist with identifying social media content to highlight NTCAR members

  • Increase awareness of the commercial real estate industry and NTCAR as an organization.

    Committee Responsibilities:

    Refine and execute CRE Job Shadowing program

    Explore other opportunities to encourage CRE industry recruitment

  • Educational program focused on the Office sub-sector of CRE. Designed to provide information on the latest trends and pressing issues, these programs feature industry experts and leading decision makers, round table discussions, tours, and relevant networking opportunities.

    Committee Responsibilities:

    Secure sponsorships, guest speakers and help to encourage participation

    Produce 1 program a year

  • NTCAR’s Quarterly Membership Meetings provide commercial real estate professionals the opportunity to hear from industry-experts on market-related news, projects, and economic updates in a networking environment.

    Committee Responsibilities:

    Secure annual sponsors

    Develop program concepts and secure speakers for 4 quarterly programs (Q2, Q3, Q4, and Q1 of following year)

  • Educational program focused on the Retail sub-sector of CRE. Designed to provide information on the latest trends and pressing issues, these programs feature industry experts and leading decision makers, round table discussions, tours, and relevant networking opportunities.

Young Professionals Forum

Specifically for industry young professionals, ages 35 and under, the Young Professionals Forum was created to promote the involvement of young professionals in the commercial real estate industry by increasing their exposure to key industry leaders; enhancing their real estate education; providing opportunities to make contacts through networking events and encouraging social responsibility through civic involvement.
