August 2025 Member Spotlight: Lynn Dowdle

Meet Lynn Dowdle, Principal of Dowdle Real Estate and leader in the Dallas commercial real estate community. With a focus on hospitality, land, retail, and development, Lynn represents clients across a wide range of transactions, always bringing strategic insight and a collaborative spirit. Her journey into the industry began thanks to a friend’s encouragement and has since evolved into a career marked by impact, mentorship, and service. For Lynn, the magic of commercial real estate lies in the collaboration, creativity, and impact that shape entire communities.

 Lynn’s involvement in NTCAR has been instrumental to her success. Initially drawn to the organization for networking opportunities, she quickly saw the value of connecting with professionals across all CRE sectors. Over the years, Lynn’s contributions have spanned from committee volunteer to Board of Directors President, culminating in her recognition with the 2023 Stemmons Service Award—an honor she calls “the honor of a lifetime.”  She also serves on NTCAR’s Hall of Fame Executive Committee, helping preserve the legacies that have shaped commercial real estate in North Texas.

 When mentoring newcomers to the industry, her advice is clear: “Bring energy, curiosity, and resilience. Invest in relationships, act with integrity, and always celebrate the journey—even the tough parts. That’s where growth happens.”

 Outside the office, Lynn leads with the same passion and purpose. She serves on the board of New Friends New Life and is co-chairing the organization’s annual fundraising luncheon. A devoted family member, nature enthusiast, and sporting clays shooter, she strives to stay grounded and present in all areas of life.

 Through her work, service, and mentorship, Lynn Dowdle continues to be a powerful force for good in the industry.  We are so proud to have Lynn as a leader in our organization!
