December 2025 Member Spotlight: Allyson Yost

Meet Allyson Yost, Executive Vice President at Colliers, where she specializes in advising corporate industrial occupiers on strategic site selection, negotiations and portfolio planning. She plays a pivotal role within NTCAR, serving on our Board of Directors and she is preparing to lead the organization as our 2026 President! She is also a past Young Citizen Award recipient!

Allyson’s connection to NTCAR began with a desire to engage with a premier network of brokers and CRE professionals in North Texas. She values the organization’s focus on collaboration, education, and relationship-building, all of which have played an important role in her professional growth. One of her favorite NTCAR events is the Stemmons Service Award, which she believes reflects the integrity and peer-driven spirit that sets the North Texas brokerage community apart.

For Allyson, the most compelling part of commercial real estate is its dynamic nature. She appreciates how relationship-driven the industry is and finds fulfillment in helping companies make decisions that shape their operations and future growth.

Outside of work and NTCAR, Allyson stays active with her three young children, ages 8, 6 and 4, who keep her calendar full with sports and activities. While hobbies are limited these days, she still enjoys concerts, running and hiking when she gets the chance. Whether in the office, at an NTCAR event, or cheering from the sidelines, Allyson brings energy, dedication and a relationship-driven focus to everything she does. We are proud to have her as a leader in our organization!
