REALTOR® membership is available to those that hold an active real estate broker or salesperson license.
If you are a salesperson applying for membership, please confirm that your broker is also a REALTOR® member of NTCAR.
As a Regional REALTOR® Member…
You become a member of NTCAR, Texas REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.
Individuals outside the Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan Area receive a discount on NTCAR portion of dues.
