PRIMARY REALTOR®

If you are currently a member of another REALTOR®’s association, you can transfer your membership to NTCAR. You will receive access to benefits of Texas REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), as well as all NTCAR benefits.

SECONDARY REALTOR®

As a Secondary REALTOR®, you have your Primary Membership with another REALTOR® association and pay your Texas REALTORS® and NAR through that Association.  

Joining as a Secondary REALTOR® is to support a sales agent under your Broker’s License or to obtain the benefits of the local commercial association.

This does require a Letter of Good Standing to be submitted with the application to verify your State and National Dues have been paid via your Primary Association.
