May 2025 Member Spotlight: Ross Miller

Meet Ross Miller, Vice President and Broker at M&D Commercial Group, and a valued member of our NTCAR Board of Directors! Ross specializes in retail and light industrial properties, with a strong focus on landlord representation. He works closely with property owners to lease, market, and sell their assets, while also helping tenants and buyers find the right space to grow their businesses. From handling referrals to teaming up on assignments, Ross brings energy, expertise, and a thoughtful approach to every project.

 After two decades in corporate America and a long-time interest in real estate investing, Ross made a career shift into commercial real estate, and it’s been a perfect fit. He’s especially drawn to the challenge of bringing deals back to life when they seem to have stalled. His creativity and determination often turn what feels like a dead end into a career-defining success.

 Ross plays an active role in the NTCAR community. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors, he also leads as chairman of the Membership Committee. His favorite NTCAR event is the annual golf tournament, which is no surprise—Ross and his entire family are avid golfers. His three kids compete regularly, and he and his wife love supporting them every step of the way.

He knows success doesn’t happen overnight, but with the right mindset and a supportive network like NTCAR, anything is possible.
