October 2026 Member Spotlight: Scott Morse

Meet Scott Morse, Managing Partner at Citadel Partners, where he balances leading the firm with helping clients navigate their commercial real estate needs, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and build-to-suit projects. With extensive experience in office and high-finish industrial properties, Scott works with clients locally and nationally to develop real estate strategies that support their business goals.

Scott believes relationships are at the heart of commercial real estate, and NTCAR has long been a valuable place to build and strengthen them. He has served on the NTCAR Board of Directors and the Professional Standards Committee, recognizing the importance of giving back to the organization and industry that help professionals succeed. One of his favorite NTCAR traditions is the Stemmons Service Award, which recognizes professionals not only for their production, but also for their community involvement, industry service, and reputation among their peers. Being a past recipient of the award, Scott appreciates that the award celebrates the collective efforts of recipients, their teams, and their partners to make North Texas a better place. That same focus on people carries into his work at Citadel Partners, where he finds fulfillment in helping employees grow personally and professionally while guiding clients toward their strategic real estate goals.

Scott’s advice to those entering commercial real estate is to understand their “why” and recognize that success goes far beyond money or buildings. He encourages newcomers to work hard, learn to handle rejection, develop mental toughness, and balance patience with the drive to keep moving forward. Outside of work, Scott enjoys watching sports and spending time on the water, which he considers his happy place.  Most importantly, he treasures time with his growing family and the opportunity to watch the next generation learn, grow, and discover the world around them. Whether at work or at home, Scott finds the greatest fulfillment in building meaningful relationships and helping others thrive.
