About Christopher
Christopher, a proud graduate of Project REAP (The Real Estate Associate Program) Class of 2016, is a senior vice president with Northview Company in Dallas, Texas. Most recently, he was vice president of capital markets with Edge Realty Partners, where his primary focus was selling enclosed malls for special servicers. Prior to brokerage, he was a regional leasing manager for GameStop Corp. (NYSE: GME) responsible for negotiating more than 1 million square feet of corporate leases nationwide. He began his real estate career as a licensed Property Tax Consultant and was previously a government/nonprofit auditor for more than a decade.
In addition to being a CCIM, where he is the current President of North Texas CCIM Chapter and a member of The CCIM Institute’s Board of Directors, he is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), participating locally as a member of the Advisory Board for Dallas/Fort Worth’s District Council and nationally as vice-chair of the Commercial and Retail Development Product Council, and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), where he was selected to the 2022-2024 ICSC Next Generation Leadership Network (NGLN), which represents the rising leaders under 40 from across the industry.
Christopher holds both a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Texas System and earned an advanced graduate-level certification in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from the Nolan School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University.
