About Justin
Justin Goertz is a commercial real estate professional, focused on property tax consulting services for the last 15 years. He has generated successful engagements with owners of local, regional and national portfolios of commercial property as we all as large corporate clients.
Justin specializes in applying his industry knowledge and expertise to educate and advise clients on property tax minimization and planning strategies for their multifamily, office, industrial and retail properties.
Justin is a licensed property tax consultant in the state of Texas, he is a Past President of Real Estate Financial Executives Association (REFEA) and has volunteered with great, local organizations including The North Texas Food Bank, The Salvation Army, Genesis Women’s Shelter and Vogel Alcove.
Justin is an active member in many industry organizations including ULI, TREC, NTCAR, NAIOP, IPT, TAPTP, REFEA and DREM. He is a 2013 graduate of The Associate Leadership Council (TREC), a 2020 graduate of The Center for Leadership (ULI), and served as Co-Chair of ULI’s 2023 Center for Leadership program. He is happy to point out his alma mater - Texas Lutheran University - on a map.
Justin is a lifelong Texan and loves spending time with his family (wife-Elizabeth and three daughters) and friends. He is committed to serving the local community including coaching youth sports and serving on the board of directors for both The Dallas Christian Leadership Prayer Breakfast and The Foundation for Lovejoy Schools.

Alex Pace is a Partner at Ranger Tax Consulting, where he helps clients strategically manage and reduce their property tax liabilities. With more than a decade of experience in the property tax and real estate industries, Alex has built a reputation for combining deep technical knowledge with a client-first approach.
Before founding Ranger Tax Consulting, Alex served as in various leadership roles for national and boutique property tax consulting firms where he represented multi-billion dollar portfolios for local and institutional client. In addition to his consulting work, Alex is a licensed Broker.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University and is a graduate of Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas.
