Dean is a recently retired executive who held numerous global leadership positions with The Coca-Cola Company covering a period of 34 years.  In his last role as Global Vice President, Dean was accountable for the Coca-Cola’s relationship with McDonald’s that covered over 100 countries.  This global experience in customer leadership, supply chain, operations and business development required both a high level of technical knowledge as well as best in class leadership skills.

Based on his extensive experience navigating the complex relationship between two iconic brands, Coke and McDonald’s, Dean has developed a model and a powerful framework to help leaders and organizations become more influential and drive greater results. In 2020, Dean published his first book “The Boardroom Buddha” 5 Universal Principles to achieve greater success and happiness…. today. 

Dean is an expert who has lectured on this subject within Coca-Cola as well as organizations to include Cisco, The Association of Supply Chain Management, the Internet of Things, San Diego Association of Realtors and The University of Miami to name a few.

Dean holds both an undergraduate degree with a marketing concentration and an M.B.A. from The University of Miami, Coral Gables, Florida and holds multiple leadership roles at the university and is also a board member of Atlanta Children’s Shelter, based in his hometown of Atlanta, Georgia.
