About Alena
Alena Denisova serves as Director of Business Development in ARCO/Murray’s Dallas office, drawing on a strong technical foundation from her prior role as a Project Manager. A Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, she brings practical project delivery experience into her business development role, where she focuses on building long-term relationships and connecting clients with ARCO’s design-build expertise across Texas and beyond.
Before transitioning into business development two years ago, Alena spent her career managing complex construction projects, giving her a deep understanding of client priorities, team coordination, and project execution. She is a graduate of TREC’s Associate Leadership Council (ALC) Class of 2025 and a member of D CEO’s Emerging Women Leadership Network (2024). Alena completed her MBA at SMU and holds a Disney Institute certificate in Leading and Sustaining a Successful Service Culture. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with family and friends in Dallas.
About Lauren
Lauren Kraemer leads the ARCO/Murray’s Tenant Solutions team in Dallas, bringing over a decade of experience at ARCO/Murray. She oversees operational consistency and drives design-build strategy across Texas and nationwide. Lauren began her career with ARCO/Murray as a Project Manager, was promoted to Director of Accounts, and now serves in her current leadership role. Her work has earned multiple recognitions, including ENR’s 2025 Top 20 Under 40, ENR Texas & Southeast Top Young Professional, Dallas Business Journal’s 2024 Women in Business honoree, and recognition as one of the Top Women in Real Estate. She is also a graduate of TREC’s Associate Leadership Council (ALC) Class of 2022. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys playing sports, traveling, and spending time at the lake with her husband and daughter.
