About Skye:

Skye Thibodeaux is a certified planning professional under the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).  Over the past 13 years, he has served several local municipalities within the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex which includes Frisco, Plano, Arlington, Little Elm, and Duncanville. ​After successfully working on several hundred development projects of all types and scales and rising to the upper management level within local government, Skye set his sights on the private development sector in order to fulfill his more creative desires associated with assisting developers and property owners in proposing projects and obtaining approvals. ​After a stint consulting for a leading private land use consulting firm located in Dallas, TX, Skye recognized an opportunity in creating a business that is not only capable of assisting large-scale "high-profile" projects, but one that understands and focuses on the plight and economical challenges associated with new/aspiring developers and property owners who have seen "the onion" of the development world and aren't sure where to start peeling away so their project can be developed in a pragmatic and economical fashion. ​Additionally, with our continuously aging infrastructure and exponentially rising construction-costs, Skye has assisted several property owners who have aspirations to redevelop or expand but are stymied dealing with bringing their aged sites to a state of conformance just so their respective cities will even accept an application for redevelopment or expansion.

Skye is currently the Owner of ENKI Development Solutions and also represents a private consulting firm, Mission Ridge Consultants, as Director of Land Planning.
