Trevor Heaney: Trevor drives strategic growth opportunities throughout the US, overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects. His current project list consists of both developer and end-user clients with requirements in food processing, cold storage, headquarters relocations, medical treatment facilities, distribution, trucking, and logistics. Utilizing experience in real estate development, investments, and construction, he maintains a global perspective of the project goals and ensures alignment of all stakeholders. As an entrepreneur, he prides himself on understanding the inner workings of our clients’ businesses and working within our team to find solutions to their real estate needs. One of his proudest achievements is turning a skeptical prospect into a raving fan for ARCO, building lasting friendships through the construction process.

Alena Dizdari: Alena is a Project Manager at ARCO/Murray, leading projects across a variety of sectors. Throughout her career, Alena has successfully delivered a variety of developments, from large-scale manufacturing plants and high-end office spaces to expansive distribution facilities. Her favorite aspect of the design-build process is the seamless integration of design creativity with practical construction expertise, enabling streamlined communication, efficient problem-solving, ultimately resulting in the realization of visionary projects. In her free time, Alena enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering with local organizations such as the Young Women's Preparatory Network, Habitat for Humanity, and the Dallas Catalyst Project.
