About Jeff:

Jeff Card began his commercial real estate career in Weitzman's Research/Mapping department.  Jeff spent the next five years at Weitzman working between Research and IT, gaining an overview into all aspects of both the tenant representation and landlord aspects of the business.  In 2007, he joined Brinker International to do sales forecasting and cannibalization studies for new Chili's locations.  At the onset of the Great Financial Crisis, Jeff started Earth.Vision with a unique goal of creating a marketing, mapping, and research firm focused on providing all the services to small brokerages that the "big shop" brokers and developers utilize  daily.  The differentiator of the Earth.Vision model, however, is that clients would only pay for the services utilized.  There are no contracts, no commitments, simply pay for what you utilize.  Eighteen years later, the model is a proven success.  With over 700 active clients across the country, Earth.Vision is a marketing, mapping and market research leader in the commercial real estate industry.
