Marsha Bonner is a Senior Vice President and Account Executive in the Real Estate and Hospitality Practice at Alliant in Dallas, TX.  Marsha is primarily responsible for client service and Alliant team support on risk management, focusing on Real Estate and Hospitality from a client’s perspective.  Marsha works with clients and Alliant’s team of specialists to identify and quantify risks, then develops the most efficient, cost-effective method for handling the exposures within the client’s risk appetite.   

Marsha brings over 25 years of real estate and hospitality risk management experience having served in lead risk management roles for Trammell Crow Residential, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, FelCor Lodging Trust and RLJ Lodging Trust.  In addition to corporate risk management roles, Marsha has provided risk management and employee benefits consulting services to several hotel owners, investors and operators.  She is also an active participant in industry associations such as American Hotel and Lodging Association,  National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, North Texas Hotel Association and Commercial Real Estate Women. 

Marsha received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Organizational Behavior from North East Missouri State University.  She is a licensed Risk Manager, Life, Health, Property and Casualty Agent in the state of Texas and holds the Associate in Risk Management, Certified Risk Manager and Certified Insurance Counselor professional designations.
