2018 Stemmons Service Award

Held on a chilly Thursday in January, the Stemmon’s Service Award was attended by over 350 guests. Warming up over cocktails and passed hors d’oeurvres, guests mingled and networked until the presentation began. 2017 Stemmons recipient Bill Cox was an outstanding emcee. Thank you to Jack Gosnell and Lucy Billingsly for being our speakers!

Up first was the Young Citizens Award, a tough competition between four outstanding young professionals nominated for their participation, volunteerism and charity to contribute to the betterment of the commercial real estate community and society as a whole.

Young Citizen Award Nominees:

Next was the Stemmons Service Award. Considered the industry’s highest honor, the Stemmons Service Award is presented annually to honor a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Real Estate Professionals who best exemplifies the highest standards of a commercial broker. The recipient is a leader in the field and has earned the respect of his or her peers as an active productive broker who successfully resolves the intricacies of bringing two parties together in a commercial real estate transaction. Specific considerations for this award will be the nominee’s participation in real estate organizations, professional and civic involvement, active production level and professional standards.
