Day One: Insight Into Commercial Contracts (9Hours) 8:30 am- 5:35 pm

- Texas Key Statutory Provisions: Occupations code, Business and Commerce Code
- Texas Business Organizations Code: Changes to Texas Business Ethics
- New Texas Margins Tax
- Contract of Sale: Analysis of Specific Provisions of Form Contracts
- Course Problem: Practical Application of the Information Learned in the Course
Day Two: Legal (3 Hours)

Legal Update & Ethics Courses: Current TREC Required Courses. Meets TREC’s current legal
and ethics hours requirement for license renewal.
