Course Information:

15 Total MCE Hours with 6 Hours Legal and Ethics

    Day One – Principles of Real Estate Development (9 hours) (8:30 am - 5:35 pm)

 Topics Include: The Development Process, Site Selection, Due Diligence and Feasibility, Financing a Project, Construction, and Build-to-Suit

    Day Two – TREC Required: Legal Update (3 hours), Ethics (3 hours) (8:30 am - 3:30 pm)

     Two Day 15 Hour Courses: Members: $205  Non-Members: $220

    Principles of Real Estate Development only: Members $145  Non-Members $160

    Legal & Ethics only:  Members $100 Non Members $115

Fingerprinting Note: There will be a separate fee of $45.71 for fingerprinting and photographing. As a service to our members, we are collecting your fee for IBT.
