NTCAR Membership Options:

Realtor Membership
As a Realtor member you not only will enjoy the local benefits of NTCAR but will also become a member of the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR), giving you access to a wide range of resources at the state and national levels. Some of these include:

• Zip Forms – TAR and NTCAR Contracts (You can type on the contracts using the computer)

Realtor Member Requirements:
To become a Realtor member you must be a licensed broker or a sales agent whose broker is a Realtor member.

Please note: Agents whose brokers are Realtor members are required to join as Realtors.

Regional Realtor Membership is for individuals working outside a 45 mile radius of DFW.

Professional Membership

As a professional member you will receive all the local benefits of NTCAR, these include:

Professional Member Requirements:

Affiliate Membership
The affiliate membership is available to non-licensed service providers who would like to receive the local benefits of NTCAR.

Membership Dues:

Realtor Association: $402.00/year

      Regional Realtor Association: $322.00/year

Professional Association: $180.00/year

Affiliate Membership: $375.00/year

      Additional Affiliate Member: $225.00/year

Please Note: Realtor dues are prorated monthly. Professional dues are prorated quarterly.
